Cancellation: The request for the cancellation of a payment instruction, irrespective of its value date, can be granted only if the request is sent as an urgent priority message and the payment instruction has not yet been executed or advised by the receiving bank, or if the beneficiary assents to such cancellation in case the payment order has already been executed or advised.
If the execution of revoking payment instruction involves a retransfer of funds to the transmitting bank, the value applicable to this transfer will follow the rules for a new operation.

Working days - All days excluding bank holidays in Israel, Saturdays and days on which international member banks are closed respectively regarding the country of each currency.
